Refund policy
At Izara Luxe, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect our customers and ensure a smooth resolution for damaged or incorrect goods, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

The video must start from the unopened package, showing the shipping label clearly.

The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) while you open and inspect the product.

Without a clear unboxing video, we will be unable to process returns or refunds for damaged or missing items.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

Share the unboxing video and photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping (RVP)
If your return is accepted, we will initiate a Reverse Pickup (RVP). We will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories and manuals included.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

Personal Care: Beauty products, skincare, and herbal treatments.

Apparel: Innerwear and intimate clothing.

Custom/Sale Items: Personalized orders, special orders, sale items, and gift cards.

Hazmat: Flammable liquids or gases.
6. Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer after the return is inspected. Please provide payment details only through our official support channels.

Prepaid Orders: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
